Welcome to the Skirter.com website.

The SKIRTER is a fantastic new fun climbing board for adults and children alike.

The Beautiful solid beech Skirter is hand made in England and is bolted to the wall with 6 fixings and has two vertical rows of holes that the athlete needs to navigate upwards.

What is really the hardest part is as the person climbs.... the holes get wider apart the higher they get.

The board should ideally be fixed at a height where upon the athlete hangs from the two bottom holes using the pegs provided with feet clearing the floor.

The board can be reversed in its hanging style if preferred.

A safety mat underneath is a must so that when they fall they have safe landing. The board as you can see is not too tall, in fact it has been designed to be just tall enough to be very challenging.

Youngsters can be assisted by a trainer/ teacher or coach by placing your hands under their feet, even with a little help the children feel a sense of achievement in moving up the board.

                WORLD CHAMPIONS BACKING
The Skirter has drawn three world champions to give it their seal of approval with Pete Kirlew and his son Steve Kirlew along with Samantha Palmer the British, Europen  and World tumbling Champion.
Gymnastics UK is the only company where you can purchase the Skirter. The Skirter comes with it's own assembly kit including spanner and brackets, its reasonably easy to put up but it is heavy (23 Kilo) and needs to be fitted by a professional person with a helper.

It is important that the wall it is being fixed to is of sound material.

Payment at present is only by cash/cheque.
The Skirter is a EU and GB protected registered concept and design.
